- Marin Superior Court ePortal at marin.courts.ca.gov — search cases and calendars. Covers civil, criminal, family, and probate.
- Court records and exhibits: The court has a centralized office for viewing and copying public court records. Request access through the Records division.
- Recorded documents: The Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk at arcc.marincounty.gov. Search the Official Records index (grantor/grantee, 1973 to present) at apps.marincounty.gov.
- Property assessments and maps: Same office — search by parcel number at apps.marincounty.gov/TaxRollSearch. Assessor maps are also available online.
- Marriage licenses: Also through the Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk — same office handles vital records.
