Each database contains felony convictions; some also contain misdemeanors and/or traffic violations. To help you identify your subject, each database is cross-referenced by name and birth date. The bankruptcy, judgment, and tax lien databases are acquired from courthouses and are updated every two weeks, though data currency depends on how often each courthouse updates its records.
